Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions, at any time.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Di Stefano Cheese currently ships to addresses within California.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Our Refund Policy provides detailed information about options and procedures for returning your order. All sales are final once they are shipped from our facility.
We strive to produce and deliver the best, freshest cheeses possible. While we achieve a 38 day shelf life (which is very high for fresh, all-natural cheeses), the shipping process can cause issues in longevity of the cheese. The return process would greatly reduce the number of days on the shelf life, and we would refuse to sell to anybody else. For this reason, we ask you contact us directly at Sales@DiStefanoCheese.com and we can find a solution, together.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace cheeses if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
